This document is intended to be used as a certificate of membership, which will be reissued when the existing certificate has expired and membership has been renewed.
Certificates of Membership are issued to members of SOAT at all classes.
The key information in the certificate consists of;
Name of the member
Membership class (Fellow / Associate / Ordinary)
Membership commencement date
Expiry date of the certificate
Signature of the SOAT President
This document is provided in digital file for members to print out by themselves.
The Association is responsible only for the accuracy of the information contained in this document and the confirmation of the membership. However, the Association is not responsible for any misuse or damage to third party caused or conducted intentionally by any member named in the certificate.
