Again this year, the Actuarial Society of Malaysia, the Casualty Actuarial Society, the Actuaries Institute of Australia, and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries are joining forces to provide a focused two-day seminar for general insurance actuaries and other insurance practitioners in the region. This year's Joint General Insurance Actuarial Seminar will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 12-13 of December.
The overall topic of the seminar is emerging trends and futurism. The seminar will be designed to be attractive to experienced professionals, with a focus on emerging issues, new solutions, and innovation.
Our Planning Committee is looking for speakers to present on the topics listed below and other similar or related topics. If you are interested in presenting at this seminar, please fill out the form on-line using the link provided. Please note that all sessions should be applicable to a Malaysia actuarial audience. All presentations will be in English. Speakers will receive complimentary registration to the seminar. We do not plan to reimburse travel expenses.
