Background:  The insurance industry is undergoing rapid transformation, with evolving risks, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies reshaping the landscape. As insurers navigate these challenges, the need for sophisticated pricing strategies has become more critical than ever. Understanding factors such as Probable Maximum Loss (PML), sensitivity analysis, and regulatory compliance is essential for insurers to remain competitive and resilient.

The 2024 Non-Life Insurance Forum, organized by The Society of Actuaries Thailand (SOAT), will focus on "Navigating the Complexities of Insurance Pricing". This forum is designed to bring together actuaries, risk professionals, and industry leaders to discuss advanced pricing models, risk management strategies, and regulatory expectations. Participants will gain valuable insights into the latest trends and innovations, helping them to address pricing challenges and optimize their operations in a complex and dynamic market.

The SOAT is pleased to be once again hosting this event, which will take place on 5 November. Non-Life Insurance Forum qualifies for (CAS / Actuaries Institute Australia / IFoA / SOA) Continuing Professional Development (CPD). A maximum of 3 CPD hours* can be claimed from Non-Life Insurance Forum.

*1 CPD hour = 60 minutes (for SOAT)
